Will San Francisco Ban Circumcision?

I'm just sitting here doing something between laughing and contemplating how utterly stupid and ridiculous this is. Can you imagine a protester wearing a costume like that in your town? Don't we have obscenity laws? And why would they ban such a thing as circumcision anyhow, especially in babies? There's no grown man, boy, or toddler that would in their right mind want to go through it and have to remember the trauma. Religious reasons, maybe, but that's an entirely different argument. This is just absurd, and as the saying goes, "you can't make this stuff up".
