Technical Sergeant Tara Brown, a superb Air Force NCO, co-worker, and more importantly, my Friend was killed in the line of duty.
Though it's been 8 years that we have been at war, I have fortunate to not personally know anyone who's been killed. That is until this week. A female warrior at that, it's harder to swallow. Sad, doesn't begin to describe it.
